THE OPTIMIZED METHOD FOR APPLYING MARGIN OF STEEL MATERIAL IN WAY OF EARLY MODELING PROCESS FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING IN SHIPBUILDING AND MARITIME ENGINEERING
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optimized method for applying a margin of steel material to line modeling for three-dimensional modeling, which can reduce design time and reduce errors, by extracting the effective segments of panel information including welding connecting portions from line modeling data, automatically searching the panel information and reflecting a margin of steel material in the panel information. The optimized method for applying a margin of steel material to line modeling for three-dimensional modeling in shipbuilding and maritime engineering is a method for automatically giving a margin of steel material to line modeling data formed by using a three-dimensional modeling system (CS) in shipbuilding and maritime engineering using a steel material margin reflecting system (MS). The method comprises: a first step of creating line modeling using the CS (S110); a second step of searching and extracting panel information including welding connecting portions using the MS (S120); a third step of automatically reflecting a margin of steel material in the extracted panel information (S130); and a fourth step of creating a steel material gathering map using data in which the margin of steel material is reflected (S140).
