Disclosed are an energy-saving air quality management method used in an underground environment and a system thereof. The energy-saving air quality management system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an air quality monitoring system which measures the air composition in an underground space to calculate an integrated environmental index and individual environmental indexes; and an air quality control system which controls the utilization ratio of an air conditioner installed in the underground space according to the integrated environmental index and individual environmental indexes to control the air quality of the underground space.
