The present invention relates to a fast charged secondary battery, wherein a negative electrode with a negative terminal is installed at one side inside a case, a positive electrode with a positive electrode is installed at one side, a separation membrane is installed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, a charging positive electrode is installed to face the negative electrode, a charging negative electrode is installed to face the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the charging negative electrode are connected by a conducting wire with a mechanical contact point switch or a non-contact switch, the positive electrode and the charging positive electrode are connected by a conducting wire with a mechanical contact point switch or a non-contact switch, electrolyte is inserted into the negative electrode and the positive electrode, and a case cover with a positive electrode electrolyte inlet, a positive electrode gas outlet, a negative electrode electrolyte inlet and a negative electrode gas outlet is installed on top of the case. The secondary battery is charged fast by fast reducing and oxidizing the oxidized and the reduced during discharge, respectively as a charging current flows smoothly in the positive electrode and the negative electrode during charge, that is, the charging current flows smoothly from the charging positive electrode to the negative electrode and from the positive electrode to the charging negative electrode.
