A plant cultivation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cabinet including at least one storage chamber for cultivating a plant; a lighting device which is arranged on one side of the storage chamber and applies light toward the plant, and which has a red LED and a blue LED where an on signal and an off signal are repeatedly output; an input unit for inputting information about species of plants to be stored in the storage chamber and about a storage start time; and a control unit which controls an on/off time ratio of the lighting device on the basis of contents input into the input unit.
