The present invention relates to a boiler system for combusting fuel in the water by igniting external air in the water. A combustion cap (30) is inserted and held in a boiler body case (20). A water space (150) is formed by providing a proper gap between the boiler body case (20) and the combustion cap (30) so as to fill the space with the water. An air space (50) is formed in the combustion cap (30) whose lower part is open and whose upper part is closed so that the air is not discharged through the upper part. A fuel combustion nozzle (40) with an ignition electrode is held inside the air space (50) in the combustion cap (30) disposed in the water. The combustion is performed by receiving fuel through a fuel supply pipe (70) and injecting the fuel to the air space (50).
