A method for providing a menu and a bookmarking service based on a login in an electronic medical record (EMR) system comprises the steps of displaying an EMR service menu list to which an authority is set based on a logged-in user account when the user account is logged in through a login interface; displaying an item list associated with a relevant menu, in which a user interrupt occurs in the displayed menu list, at a first position within a region on which the menu list is displayed; generating a sub region by dividing the first-position region when the user interrupt for a specific item occurs in the item list displayed at the first position; displaying an item list except for the item in which the user interrupt occurs in the generated sub region, and displaying a service content list associated with the item in which the user interrupt occurs at the first-position region different from the sub region; and bookmarking the displayed service content.
