A bending mold device for manufacturing a heat radiation pad by the present invention is used to manufacture a heat radiation pad which has: a cushion pad which has a penetration hole formed in the center; a metal thin plate which is attached to one side of the cushion pad; and a metal thin film cutting part which has a cut part of the metal thin plate and is extended to the other side of the cushion pad by penetrating the penetration hole. The bending mold device for manufacturing the heat radiation pad by the present invention includes: a flat support surface which is in contact with the other side of the cushion pad; a support mold which has a protrusion insertion groove formed on the support surface; a pressing mold which is installed to approach toward the support surface or recede from the support surface; and a bending protrusion which is inserted into the protrusion insertion groove of the support mold when the pressing mold approaches toward the support surface by being formed to protrude from the pressing mold. The metal thin plate cutting part is bent toward the other side of the cushion pad as a bending protrusion enters the penetration hole of the cushion pad and the protrusion insertion groove of the support mold one by one while the bending protrusion pushes the metal thin plate cutting part if the pressing mold ascends in a state in which the cushion pad, to which the metal thin plate is attached, is positioned between the support mold and the pressing mold.
