The present invention provides an Internet banking login system using a security card used as a key-lock card includes: a site server (100) for registering a key-lock security card issued from a card issuer, for decrypting a key value received from a user PC and generated and encrypted by the key-lock card, and for determining if the key-lock card is registered; the user PC (200) for requesting access to the key-lock card when the user PC tries to login to the site server to receive the key value generated and encrypted by the key-lock card, to transmit the key value to the site server, to receive an authentication result for the key-lock card of the site server so that the login to a site is approved; and a key-lock security card (300) for accessing the user PC through a universal serial bus (USB) module to generate and encrypt the key value and to transmit the key value to the user PC; and a wireless communication network or the Internet network (500) for transceiving data between the site server and the user PC.
