The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating wastewater of high density, which simplifies composition because not using chemicals and not furnishing a processing means for reprocessing the chemicals, and also processes the wastewater more efficiently, and to a treatment system using the same, and more specifically, an apparatus for treating wastewater of high density, which reduces sludge and phosphorus by processing the wastewater and livestock wastewater of high density without separating solid and liquid and using chemicals, and recycles the processed wastewater by being liquefied, and to a treatment system using the same.
