The present invention relates to a non-utility generator using an energy source and, more specifically, to a non-utility generator using an energy source which alternately and repeatedly has first and second accelerators between a generating module and a driving shaft of a rotation wing rotated by wind and water. The first accelerator includes: an internal gear connected with the driving shaft; at least two sun gears having gear teeth engaged with gear teeth of the internal gear; and a central gear inserted and coupled between the sun gears. The second accelerator includes: a driving gear connected with the central shaft of the central gear; and a driven gear which has gear teeth engaged with the gear teeth of the driving gear, is connected with the rotating shaft of the generating module, has a smaller diameter than the driving gear, and has an output shaft. The non-utility generator using an energy source has improved generation efficiency by a multi-stage acceleration.
