The present invention provides a fixation structure of a solar module frame comprising: a plurality of solar modules composed of solar ray collecting plates collecting solar rays and frames coupled to the solar ray collecting plates to provide structural strength for the solar ray collecting plates; a plurality of support frames fixated on a roof or a rooftop of a building where the solar modules are installed, and supporting the solar modules on a lower part; and a fixating clip installed on the frame of each of the solar modules generating a scratch to eliminate a film of each of the solar modules to electrically connect the solar module to the support frame when the solar modules are grounded on the support frames. Therefore, the present invention makes a protrusion formed in the fixating clip conveniently eliminate the film from the solar module when the fixating clip is installed on the frame of the solar module to prevent a worker from performing a work to additionally eliminate the film from the solar module, thereby reducing work time, conveniently making an electric connection between the solar module and the support frame, conveniently fixating the solar module on an upper part of the support frame fixated on the roof or the rooftop of the building using a clamping unit, and enhancing accordingly the convenience of work for the worker.
