CYLINDRICAL DISSOLVED AIR FLOTATION FACILITY COMBINED WITH MEMBRANE FILTRATION

The present invention relates to a cylindrical dissolved air flotation (DAF) water processing apparatus coupled with a membrane, and, more specifically, to a DAF water processing apparatus, which is arranged with an aggregation tub for aggregating particulate matters in water into particulates; a floc formation tub for growing the particulates aggregated in the aggregation tub into flocs having a fixed size; a contact tub for contacting the flocs formed by the floc formation tub with microbubbles formed by supplying dissolved air saturated water from an air saturation device; an immersion type filtration tub having multiple DAF tubs for floating sludge formed by contacting in the contact tub, and membranes to filter remaining particulates after DAF processing; and a DAF processed water discharge tub for flowing the processed water discharged from each DAF tub into each immersion type membrane, wherein the aggregation tub, the floc formation tub, the contact tub, the immersion type filtration tub and the DAF processed water discharge tub are successively arranged from the inside of a concentric circle to be mutually connected, and installed together with the air saturation device. The DAF water processing apparatus comprises a filtered water transport pipe installed toward the outside from each immersion type filtration tub and having a suction pump connected with an opening/closing valve on the pipe; and a membrane washing means installed to be connected to the filtered water transport pipe to wash the membranes within the immersion type filtration tub so as to minimize the installation space. The DAF water processing apparatus coupled with a membrane allows the selective back-washing operation of the membranes of the immersion type tub, and has an effect of performing continuous operation without shutdown of the DAF water processing apparatus.
