Provided are an e-learning terminal and an e-learning management server. The e-learning terminal includes: a display unit which supports input by an electromagnetic induction-type electronic pen and capacitive touch input; a mode control unit which sets the operation mode of the display unit as one among an electronic pen input writing mode, a capacitive touch input display mode, and a mixed mode based on attribute of learning content; a learning management unit which plays learning content through the display unit, merges writing data inputted in the writing mode to the learning content or to a writing file on a cloud, and manages the progress of learning based on the play time of the learning content; and an angle adjustment unit which adjusts the angle of the display unit appropriately for the operation mode.
