An installation structure of a pre-swirl stator is disclosed. According to the present invention, the installation structure of a pre-swirl stator comprises a hub duct installed on a stern unit of a hull; a support unit installed between the stern unit and the hub duct to make the stern unit support the hub duct; one or more pre-swirl stators which are different in length from each other and arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the hub duct in the radial direction of a propeller; and a connecting duct installed to make three or more pre-swirl stators connected to each other to secure structural stability. The installation structure of the pre-swirl stator has the hub duct installed on the outside of a stern boss of the stern unit and the pre-swirl stator welded to the outer circumferential surface of the hub duct, thereby preventing the thermal deformation of a shaft bearing of a propeller of an existing ship; has high workability for production and easy installation; facilitates a removal work when a problem arises; applies the length to the pre-swirl stator to increases efficiency according to the position of each pre-swirl stator, thereby maximizing energy recovery efficiency; and has a connecting duct installed to minimize resistance to secure structural stability in case three or more pre-swirl stators are installed, wherein the connecting duct has the diameter which is 50-100% of that of the propeller in size.
