Provided are a human body protection apparatus, an operation controlling system and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the human body protection apparatus which protects the human body from falling comprises: an outer case which can be attached to the waist of the human body; an air bag which is put in the outer case and swells with press-in air; a sensor module which senses the movement of the human body and determines whether to fall; and an inflator which swells the air bag when falling is sensed by the sensor module.
