The present invention relates to a real-time image registration system between a radiopaque 3D marker based X-ray angiography image and a coronary computed tomography angiography image, and more specifically, to a real-time image registration system between a radiopaque 3D marker based X-ray angiography image and a coronary computed tomography angiography image which maximizes precision of an operation by enabling real-time treatment guidance at the site of the operation by rapidly responding to all the external environments such as a patients breathing or movement, since images are aligned using a three-dimensional marker.
