The present invention relates to a radiopaque hemisphere maker to match a cardiovascular diagnosis and a treatment image in real-time, which matches an image using a 3D marker, thereby making it possible to rapidly respond to all external environments such as breath or a patients movement; to guide real-time treatment at a medical procedure site; and to maximize accuracy of the medical procedure. The objective of the present invention can be achieved by the radiopaque hemisphere maker to match the cardiovascular diagnosis and a procedure guiding image in real-time in a system provided with an X-ray CT scanner which irradiates an X-ray on a human body in various angles; reconstructs the human body with a computer to image-treat a cross-section of an inside of the human body, an angiography examining device which allows a blood vessel of the human body to be viewed through the X-ray by introducing a catheter to a blood vessel of a patient and injecting a contrast media to the vessel; the radiopaque hemisphere maker used in performing an angiocardiography using the angiography examining device in order to extract a cardiovascular model performing a CT tomography using the X-ray CT scanner to re-extract the cardiovascular model; and matching an image using the trenches marker to synthesize and overlap an electrocardiogram of the angiocardiography. The radiopaque hemisphere maker is manufactured by attaching a radiopaque material to a hollow hemisphere substance such that an X-ray location is determined through a latitude and longitude calculating method to calculate an angle of an arm of a fluoroscopic machine, and is used to be attached to the center of a patients chest requiring a CCTA in order to establish the intervention.
