摘要
A highly conductive carbon nanotube-nano silver composite according to the present invention can be manufactured by a) a step of manufacturing a dispersing solution by mixing carbon nanotubes, water and a dispersant; b) a step of manufacturing a composite by adding a silver nitrate solution, an ammonia solution, an alkaline solution and a solution of a compound having an aldehyde group to the dispersing solution, and reducing a silver precursor; and c) a step of washing and drying the composite. The highly conductive carbon nanotube-nano silver composite according to the present invention does not use alcohol as a solvent when binding nano silver particles to the composite, which allows to proceed a reaction by heating at room temperature or at a low temperature. The highly conductive carbon nanotube-nano silver composite according to the present invention includes nano silver particles to be reduced, which has a size of 10 nm or less, thereby having an excellent electroconductivity compared to the existing composite. The highly conductive carbon nanotube-nano silver composite is able to manufacture highly conductive filters and films with high conductivity having sheet resistance of 1 ohm/sq or less, and excellent electromagnetic wave shielding efficiency. Furthermore, the highly conductive carbon nanotube-nano silver composite does not use toxic solvents, thereby being environment-friendly; and can use water, thereby being economically cheap.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
