The present invention includes a reinforcement sealing inspecting unit of a flat panel display cell and a reinforcement sealing apparatus of the flat panel display cell, capable of quickly and accurately determining whether a reinforcement sealant coating is defective. Therefore, the reinforcement sealing inspecting unit of the flat panel display cell according to the present invention includes an imaging unit which is arranged on the upper or lower side of the flat panel display cell, relatively moves with regard to the flat panel display cell, and images a reinforcement sealant coating region; an illuminating unit which includes a light source to illuminate a region imaged by the imaging unit; and a determining unit which determines whether the reinforcement sealing coating is proper by comparing the reinforcement sealant coating region imaged by the imaging unit with the reinforcement sealant coating region of the flat panel display cell photographed when a reinforcement sealant is not coated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
