The present invention relates to an apparatus for managing a smart business grid to form a social mobile economic ecosystem using a bidirectional ubiquitous network. The apparatus for managing a smart business grid includes: a virtual economy management unit which constructs a virtual market on an internet digital electronic map based on a geographic information system (GIS), hosts at least one virtual producer store, and displays an avatar on the virtual market using a GPS location of a consumer based on a location based service (LBS) of a smart device; a sharing economy management unit which searches a center closest to the current position of a consumer when the consumer repairs or recycles a product, and displays the searched center on the electronic map or requests collection of the product to the searched center; a carbon economy management unit which accumulates carbon points or carbon mileages according to activities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and offers incentives to a user in order to activate green economy; and a platform economy management unit which enables a plurality of producers in the same line of work to maximize profits by selling and promoting the product on the virtual market using a social network.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
