The present invention relates to a composition for skin-generation, skin-whitening, anti-oxidation, or wound healing, comprising a culture medium of an adipose-derived stem cell-T (ADSC-T) cell as an active ingredient, in which a T antigen is applied to an adipose -derived stem cell. The culture medium of the ADSC-T according to the present invention shows an increase of collagen elasticity in culturing collagen, and excellent effects in wound contraction and skin-regeneration. In addition, the culture medium of the ADSC-T has good effects in skin-whitening by prohibiting activity of tyrosinase and melanin, and in anti-oxidation by prohibiting DPPH radical, and in wound healing by increasing cell mobility of a fibroblast. Thus, the composition of the present invention can be usefully used for skin-regeneration, skin-whitening, anti-oxidation, or wound healing.
