THE BEESWAX CASTING METHOD FOR A BIG SIZE TEMPLE BELL

The present invention relates to a beeswax casting method of a large size temple bell, which is manufactured by producing an outer frame aside from an inner frame in order to prevent error occurrences by beeswax which is difficult to be removed and is remained, in a process of producing a large size temple in a beeswax casting method which has been greatly difficult to be produced even with modern technology, and then assembling the same. According to the present invention, the beeswax casting method of a large size temple bell comprises the steps of: melting and removing beeswax by which a worker uses torch inside the outer frame after removing a plastic framework; reinforcing by filling backup sand between the outer frame and a steel frame by covering the outer frame with the steel frame; coupling the outer frame including the steel frame to the inner frame; and pouring molten metal between the inner and outer frames in a heated state after calcinating the same.
