The present invention relates to a treatment apparatus of endocrine disrupting chemicals in the industrial sludge by using an electron beam, and to a method using the same. The treatment apparatus of endocrine disrupting chemicals in the industrial sludge by using an electron beam is characterized by comprising an electron beam accelerator (10) for irradiating an electron beam; a blocking shield (20) for blocking the electron beam irradiated from the electron beam accelerator (10) from being exposed to outside; a sludge crushing device (30) for drying sludge containing endocrine disrupting chemicals produced in the wastewater treatment, and crushing the solid state sludge into slice chips (31); a conveyor belt (40) for treating the endocrine disrupting chemicals by riding the slice chips (31) to pass through the electron beam accelerator (10) within the blocking shield (20), and transporting to the outside; and a sludge reservoir (50) for collecting the slice chips (31) with the endocrine disrupting chemicals treated with the irradiated electron beam of the electron beam accelerator (10).
