EGGS CONTAINING HIGH OMEGA-3 FATTY ACID AND CALCIUM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME

The present invention produces eggs rich in omega-3 fatty acid by giving assorted feed comprised of 65-80 wt% of feed for layer chicken supplied by Korean agricultural cooperative as of April, 2013, 15-30 wt% of oil cake, and 0-10 wt% of expellers to produce the eggs containing omega-3 fatty acid and calcium. The expellers of the feed used in the present invention are prepared after making bean curd using soybeans produced by a method of high calcium soybean cultivation, and jijangsu is used for water fed to the layer chicken. The jijangsu is a filtrate of loess suspension prepared by mixing 8-12 kg of loess with 2,000 kg of water and stabilizing for 24 hours, and then purifying with a filter. The eggs spawned by the layer chicken grown by the method of the present invention become the eggs containing a high omega-3 fatty acid content.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
