The present invention relates to a core-shell particle with flameproof, water repellent, and anti-fouling properties, a method for gibing the flameproof, water repellent, and anti-fouling properties using the same, and a method for dyeing and processing a fabric, and especially the core-shell particle with flameproof, water repellent, and anti-fouling properties is characterized by including a core including a flameproof component; and a shell including a water repellent, and anti-fouling component. The flameproof component and the water repellent and anti-fouling component are manufactured as one particle composition and used to treat at once in the present invention, unlike existing flameproof agent and water repellent and anti-fouling agent separately treated on a fabric, to increase permeability, coupling properties, and stability of the fabric to have an effect of giving excellent flameproof, water repellent, and anti-fouling properties to the fabric at once.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
