PURPOSE: A cooker is provided to cook food without burning using steam heat at a constant temperature. CONSTITUTION: A cooker comprises a cooking member(10) and a heater(30). The cooking member includes a sealed internal space filled with water for generating steam. The cooking member heats food by steam heat and includes a body(11) in a cap shape and a closed block(13). The heater is installed to penetrate the cooking member and generates the steam from the water filled in the internal space of the cooking member. The heater heats the water by emitting the heat through power supplied from the outside.
