The present invention relates to a system for multi-user authority management for an activity-based mobile terminal platform architecture which operates an application layer on the top of an application framework including an activity administrator. The system for multi-user authority management comprises: an authority storage module which stores authority setup information for an application of a user; a user authority administrator module which is called by an activity administrator when intent is received with respect to a desired activity, authenticates the authority of the user for the application, with reference to the authority setup information stored in the authority storage module, if the authority authentication passes, returns the authority authentication to the activity administrator and, if fails, notifies the failure of the authority authentication; and a user application administrator module which is call by the activity administrator when intent is received with respect to a desired activity and returns the authority authentication to the activity administrator only when the application is permitted to change the status, with reference to the authority setup information stored in the authority storage module.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
