The present invention relates to laver ganggeong (snack) and a manufacturing method thereof, more specifically to: laver ganggeong which has excellent taste and functionality by adding laver to nuts; and a manufacturing method thereof. The laver ganggeong obtained by the manufacturing method has excellent taste by mixing laver with nuts, and can be used as health food.
