PURPOSE: A composition is provided to enable users to use composition for relieving hangover after drinking alcohol by not having side effects. CONSTITUTION: A hangover relieving composition contains 30-80 wt% of Camellia japonica L fruit extract, 5-30 wt% of green tea extract, 5-30 wt% of tangerine peel extract, 1-20 wt% of arrowroot extract, and 1-10 wt% of Glycyrrhizae radix extract. The Camellia japonica L fruit extract is obtained by extracting flesh of the Camellia japonica L fruit except for seeds and a placenta surrounding the seed. The extract is obtained by using water, C1-C4 low class alcohol, or their mixture.
