A pitch system and a wind power generator including the same are disclosed. The pitch system which is installed in the rotor of the wind power generator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: multiple blades which are combined with the rotor through a pitch bearing to be able to rotate; a pitch motor which is installed to correspond respectively to the multiple blades and rotates the pitch angle of each blade around the pitch bearing as an axis; a motor drive unit which drives the pitch motor based on an applied power source and a rotation order; a variable control unit which adds break force to the blades which are rotated by a rotation torque of wind if a main power source supplied to the motor drive unit is interrupted during an emergency driving; and a pitch control unit which supplies emergency electric power transmitted from the outside to the variable control unit during the emergency driving. The variable control unit controls the break force of the pitch motor in order to move the blades to a safe feathering position while reducing the pitch angle rotation speed of the blades under a predetermined value during the emergency driving.
