The present invention relates to an individual pitch control system for a wind power generator, capable of performing pitch control to maximize efficiency in power generation while minimizing fatigue damage to a blade based on an actual load applied to the blade, and a wind power generation system including the same. According to the present invention, the individual pitch control system includes: a sensor part including sensors installed on each of a plurality of blades to generate a measurement value by measuring at least one among wind pressure applied to the blades, wind velocity and the deformation of the blades; a pressure calculating part creating a load value by calculating a load applied to the blades by receiving the measurement value; a control determining part creating control information including pitch control angle information and information about whether to control a pitch by comparing the load value to a pre-stored reference value; and a pitch control part changing the pitch of each of the blades by controlling a blade operating part in accordance with the control information of the control determining part.
