PURPOSE: A footrest for a foldable outdoor table and a welding method thereof are provided to stably weld the footrest between support legs. CONSTITUTION: A footrest for a foldable outdoor table comprises a footrest which is fixed between support legs of the foldable outdoor table and is used as a connector for the support legs. The footrest includes a body (10), a pair of compressors (20), and a welding unit (30). The body is formed in the shape of a cylindrical pipe. The compressors are formed on both ends of the body. The welding unit is embossed on the compressors.
