The present invention relates to a small annealing device having an optically stimulated dosimeter, which is miniaturized in order to be convenient in transportation and installation. The purpose of the present invention is to withdraw a measuring element of a multipurpose dosimeter [whole body (four chips) and nanodot (one chip)] from the case of each dosimeter for annealing. The small annealing device having an optically stimulated dosimeter comprises: a main body (100) composed of at least one first mounting unit (110) which includes multiple four-chip dosimeters (50) in order to withdraw a measuring element (52) from a case (51), and at least one second mounting unit (120) which includes multiple one-chip dosimeters (60) in order to withdraw a measuring element (62) from a case (61); a cover (200) wherein at least one annealing lamp (210) is included in order to anneal the measuring element by covering the first and second mounting units (110, 120) of the main body (100), and where a cooling unit (220) is prepared to cool the annealing lamp (210); a supporting unit (300) which supports the cover (200) in between the main body (100) and the cover (200); a switch (11) which turns on/off the operating power supply of the annealing lamp; and a timer (12) which sets the operating time of the annealing lamp.
