PURPOSE: A production method of rice cake for tteokbokki is provided to offer an excellent effect on the blood circulation and weight loss. CONSTITUTION: A production method of rice cake for tteokbokki comprises the following steps: cutting green pepper into 2-3 mm, and drying at 60C using a hot air drier (10); crushing the dried green pepper to obtain green pepper powder (20); mixing 10 kg of rice powder with 1-10% of green pepper powder, and steaming the mixture (30); and molding the rice cake using the steamed mixture (40). 1-10% of mugwort extract and green pepper extract are added to the green pepper powder for the weight of the rice powder. An extraction method of the mugwort extract and the green pepper extract comprises a step of soaking mugwort powder and the green pepper powder into a mixture of medical lox and alcohol in a ratio of 20-80:80-20, and a step of settling the mixture for 24 hours.
