PURPOSE: An advertisement providing method for a general PC and a mobile terminal and a mobile advertisement database building method for supporting the same are provided to automatically build another database for mobile advertisements based on a database for general advertisements. CONSTITUTION: A request message for one or more target advertisements is received from a client terminal(1000). Terminal information of the client terminal is obtained from the request message(1001). Whether the client terminal is a mobile terminal or not is determined based on the obtained terminal information(1002). Advertisement data about the target advertisement is read(1003,1004). The read advertisement data is provided to the client terminal(1005).
