The present invention relates to a foreign currency payment relay system for an overseas purchaser and, more specifically, to a foreign currency payment relay system which relays a payment system used by a purchaser and a seller respectively in order to perform business transaction between the overseas purchaser and the seller without restriction of time/space/language by providing a service of providing corresponding transaction for the seller promptly when the overseas purchaser pays, in order to solve the inconvenience that there is no payment system for the overseas purchaser and the seller to use commonly because the payment systems provided by each country are different with each other.
