WATERPROOF COATING MATERIALS AND METHOD FOR APPLYING THE SAME ON CONSTRUCTION

The present invention relates to a waterproof coating agent having waterproofing and air permeability which can be applied to a structure in order to enhance endurance period of the structure, and to a method for constructing the same. The waterproofing coating agent comprises one or more kinds of coating agents selected among: (1) a primer coating agent including a methyl methacryl (MMA) copolymerization reactive resin; (2) a color coating agent including the MMA copolymerization reactive resin, a nanosilane ceramic modified resin and an inorganic pigment; and (3) a transparent coating agent including a polyethylene terephthalate resin and the nano silane ceramic modified resin. The waterproofing coating agent, unlike organic coating agents, obtains air permeability by passing water vapor generated from concrete through very fine pores when applied to concrete structures in order not to generate exfoliation, crack, and the likes so that the waterproof coating agent can be applied to waterproofing and aseismic reinforcement methods.
