The present invention relates to a smart wastewater treating system using rainwater and graywater. The smart wastewater treating system according to the present invention has the functions of observation and control in the input part thereof so that the mixture of rainwater collected on a rooftop can be selectively used without an activated sludge process, and the concentration of one or more flows of graywater selected from among discharge water used for washing, shower, laundry, cleaning, etc. can be measured. Accordingly circulating water reusing wastewater, coming from wastewater treatment is used for various useful purposes such as cleaning, toilet water, landscaping water, sprinkle water, agricultural and industrial water, cooling water and stream maintenance water. Also the present invention improves the system of water circulation while reducing costs such as water consumption and production costs.
