PURPOSE: A prestressed high-strength concrete (PHC) pile including a water-blocking plate is provided to efficiently resist external force applied to the water-blocking plate and prevent water from being leaked in a gap between the piles without an additional waterproofing process. CONSTITUTION: A water-blocking plate (12) is installed on one side and the other side, which is opposite to the one side, of a PHC pile including a water-blocking plate in order to protrude at the whole length of a pile (11). An anchorage unit is formed on one end of the water-blocking plate embedded into the pile. An engaging unit is formed on the other end of the water-blocking plate which is exposed, and the anchorage unit and the engaging unit are connected by an extension unit. A cutting groove is formed at a fixed interval on the water-blocking plate.
