PURPOSE: A device for automatically manufacturing a processing piece for an impact test piece is provided to improve manufacturing efficiency by automatizing the entire processing process of the processing piece, to enhance work stability of an operator, and to improve quality of the processing piece by reducing dimension deviation of the processing piece. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically manufacturing a processing piece for an impact test piece comprises a main body(100), a conveyor(110), a thickness measuring device(120), a plurality of processing machines(210, 220, 230), a clamp, and an in-out loader(140). The conveyor transfers a cutting steel material(20) to an inner side of the main body. The thickness measuring device is installed to one side of the conveyor, and measures the thickness of the cutting steel material transferred to the conveyor. The plurality of processing machines is installed inside of the main body, and manufacture the processing piece by cutting both sides and an upper surface of the cutting steel material and processing to desired dimension. The clamp is installed to one side of the processing machine, and fixes the cutting steel material. The in-out loader is arranged in one side of the clamp and the conveyor, transfers the cutting steel material into the clamp, and transfers the processing piece of the clamp to outside of the main body.
