The present invention relates to a web or filter structures, such as a filtration medium comprising a set (collection) of fibers comprising a first polymer and second polymer in the fine fiber (finer fiber) or micro-fiber web structure. Combination of the two polymers provides the fiber rheology (rheology) improved in that the fibers have excellent thermal and mechanical stability. Combinations of these polymers are given the characteristics of the out-ionic (high temperature resistance) and, in a preferred sticky kkeunjeokham or elastic adhesive of the particle to the fiber web.
