PURPOSE: A banking management system equipped with a specific money trust function and a control method thereof are provided to enable constructors to steadily obtain construction orders by opening a virtual parent account with a joint name for designating an organization with public confidence as a preferential beneficiary and a specific money trust account linked with the virtual parent account in a financial facility. CONSTITUTION: A consignee terminal (2) connects to an orderer server (1) to accept a construction order contract. A preferential beneficiary server (3) processes an advance payment warranty issuing work about the consignee using the consignee terminal and the right task of a specific money trust as a preferential beneficiary of the specific money trust according to the prepayment surety certificate issuance. A financial agency server (4) is linked with the consignee terminal and the preferential beneficiary server to open a specific money trust account connected with a virtual parent account and processes the prepayment of the consignee terminal according to the payment command of the preferential beneficiary server.
