The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously installing three line power cables for supplying power to be installed along a new railway roadbed and while moving continuously. More specifically, the method for simultaneously installing three line power cables for a new railway roadbed includes: a first preparation step of preparing a first drum, a second drum, and a third drum where a power cable is wound and a portable installation device for simultaneously installing three line power cables for a new railway roadbed capable of moving the first, the second, and the third drum; a second preparation step of moving the installation device where the first, the second, and the third drums are loaded into an installation space and placing a power cable onto a cable pipe on a railway roadbed; an installation step of pulling the power cable wound on the first, the second, and the third drums while moving the installation device along the railway roadbed; and an arrangement step of arranging the power cable onto the cable pipe when the power cable is installed. The installation method for simultaneously installing three line power cables for a new railway roadbed according to the present invention is able to reduce work preparation time since the first, second, and third drums are moved while being mounted on a vehicle and also is able to reduce work time since the installation of the power cable and the arrangement of the cable in the pipe are done at the same time. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent damage to the cable by putting down the power cable onto the cable pipe while the support roller of an installation vehicle and the installation vehicle itself are moving. In addition, the work costs can be reduced because the installation method requires less work time and workers than a conventional installation method using a winch.
