The present invention relates to wooden powder on which calcium carbonate is attached, a manufacturing method thereof, and paper containing the wooden powder. Specifically, the present invention provides wooden powder on which on which calcium carbonate while polymers, wooden powder, and calcium carbonate are attached. If the method using polymer for producing wooden powder on which calcium carbonate is attached according to the present invention is utilized for producing paper, wooden powder which has a calcium carbonate containing rate which is remarkably high, an improved whiteness index, and improved strength in comparison with paper made of wooden powder on which calcium carbonate is attached by using a polymer. If the wooden powder of the present invention is utilized for producing paper, the whiteness index is higher than paper made of wooden powder bleached by expensive chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide, and a paper producing process can be simplified, and production costs for paper can be remarkably reduced as the usage amount of natural bleached pulps for improving the whiteness index of paper is reduced.
