Macadamia Nut Shell Flour and Wattle Bark Flour as Fillers and Extenders for Wood Adhesives

摘要

In order to find a suitable substitute for imported coconut shell flour as a filler and extender for wood adhesives, macadamia nut shell flour and wattle bark flour were tested and compared with a commercial wood adhesive. The results indicate that macadamia nut shell flour can successfully replace coconut shell flour.
