The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning, dehydrating, and discharging impurities in sewage, more specifically to a piston press type impurity dehydrating apparatus, which can improve the dehydration efficiency and remove impurities on holes between screens at the same time by gearing with a moving compression plate. A piston part and the compression plate are moving in the same direction, which lowers the ratio of collecting the impurities on the gaps; and also the removal of the impurities can be much easier. A screen cleaning part removes the impurities by standing and rotating when the compression plate goes to the front, and by being folded when the compression plate goes the back; hence, the impurities are not flowing into the back side.
