The present invention relates to a device for washing, dehydrating and discharging adulteration included in sewage or the like and, more particularly, to a piston-compressed device for washing and dehydrating adulteration that can reduce the ratio of foreign materials inserted between the pores of a screen and can remove the foreign materials inserted between the pores of the screen by making the formation direction of the pores of the screen for discharging moisture removed from compressed adulteration conform with the moving direction of a piston part and a compressing plate for pressurizing adulteration while applying a compressing method using the piston and the compressing plate as a method for dehydrating the adulteration after washing the adulteration. Dehydration efficiency is increased by facilitating the discharge of moisture, which is removed from the adulteration compressed by the compressing plate, through a plurality of water permeation holes formed at regular intervals on the whole compressing plate. Foreign materials inserted into the water permeation holes can be removed by water permeation hole insertion pins inserted into the water permeation holes of the compressing plate when the compressing plate moves backward. Moreover, the water permeation hole insertion pins always do not separate from the water permeation holes in the process of operation and positions thereof can be prevented from getting out of joint as the cross sections of the water permeation hole insertion pins taper forward and moisture can be discharged smoothly through the water permeation holes even if the ends of the water permeation hole insertion pins are hung on the water permeation holes.
