PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an ABS-based graft copolymer is provided to manufacture an ABS-based graft copolymer with improved stability, heat resistance, and thermal stability by increasing the dispersity of nanosilica per a rubber particle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an ABS graft copolymer with excellent heat resistance and thermal stability comprises a step of manufacturing a diene-based rubber by emulsifying a diene-based monomer including a nanosilica dispersion with an emulsifier; and a step of manufacturing the ABS graft copolymer by polymerizing the diene-based rubber, an aromatic vinyl compound, and a vinylcyan compound. The diene-based monomer is at least one among 1,3-butadiene, isoprene, chloroprene, and piperylene.
