Acrylic Cement Admixture, Method for Preparing The Same and Cement Composition Containing The Same

PURPOSE: An acrylic cement admixture capable of enhancing hardening property and susceptibility, a manufacturing method thereof and cement composite including the same are provided to excellently maintain mobility and compressive strength. CONSTITUTION: An acrylic cement admixture comprises a core and shell. The core is polymerized with one or more monomers selected from acrylic alkyl ester, (meth)acrylic alkyl ester, carboxylic acid, vinyl aromatic compounds and cross-linkable compound. The shell is copolymerized into alkoxypolyalkyleneglycol mono (meta) acrylic ester and one or more monomers selected from acrylic acid alkyl ester, methacrylic acid alkylester, and carboxylic acid and vinyl aromatic compounds. The core is 20-80 wt% based on the total weight reference of the admixture. The shell is 80-20 wt% based on the total weight of the admixture. The cement composite includes 0.1-10 parts by weight of acryl based cement admixture agent based on 100 parts by weight of cement.
