Disclosed are a calibration method of an infrasound detection system including a sound pressure measuring device, a background noise removing device, and a ground vibration speed measuring device. To correcting the system, an artificial earthquake wave is generated by using an artificial earthquake source separated from the sound pressure measuring device with a specific distance. The change of atmospheric pressure and ground vibration due to the artificial earthquake wave are measured by using the sound pressure measuring device and the ground vibration speed measuring device. The measurement sensitivity of the sound pressure measuring device can be corrected by comparing the theoretical value of atmospheric pressure change with the value of atmospheric pressure change measured by the sound pressure measuring device.
